Mr Mihir Diwakar is an ex-professional Cricketer, having played for Jharkhand, Bihar, East Zone, India U-19 (2000). He also played for IPL and ICL. After a 20 year career in professional Cricket he shifted his focus to Player Management, Endorsements, Management of Cricket Academies across the world. He is the founder Director of Aarka Sports. He has also been associated with Real-estate for many years. His expertise is Business Development, Brand Management, Business plan and development of High-end Academies and Schools, Talent acquisition and International Alliances. He is also an expert in establishing sports curriculum in schools and Colleges. Besides Cricket, he also works on development of other sports in the country. He is a lifetime member of Jharkhand Cricket Board.
